If you are using a laptop computer:

  1. Turn your WiFi adapter off, wait 5 seconds, and then turn it on again. (Sometimes Windows-based clients need a full reset of the WiFi adapter before they can properly negotiate a secure connection.)
  2. Reboot your computer and then try to connect to BereaSecure.
  3. Remove the profile for BereaSecure (this process varies from one device to the next) and attempt to connect again.

if you are using an iPhone, iPad, or iPod:

  1. Touch Settings
  2. Touch General
  3. Scroll down and touch Reset (Don’t Panic!)
  4. Touch Reset Network Settings
  5. Try to connect to the BereaSecure network again once the device is ready.

If you encounter any problems getting connected please contact the Information Systems and Services Help Desk at extension 3343, or visit us in the Hutchins Building next to the library and we will be happy to help you get connected.
