Q. When I pull up a record in BANC, and there is no call number listed for an item, what does that mean?

When a record reads 'No Call number assigned' that usually means that it is a new book, and is still being processed in our system to be ready for checkout. It should be ready in a day or two, but if you need it immediately, you could contact Patty Tarter at extension 3275
