The full-text list search requires that initial articles (A, An, The) be omitted from ALL online title searching, but Patron had included "The" as the first word of the title, so the system had not recognized the title as one we have. A second search without "the" revealed that we do own it.
Also, the default search option for titles in full-text is "begins with", but that requires more precision and is more likely to give negative results if you are not exact, so it is often worth choosing instead to search using the "contains" option.
