Have you been to printing services to receive your five dollars? If you have not, this is likely the issue. Printing Services is the last door in Bruce Trades building (located near Appalachian Center). If this does not help it could also be because you have not confirmed at Lincoln Hall. If neither of those steps resolves the issue, perhaps you could stop by the TRC to see if there is an issue with your laptop specifically.
