Convocations which are recorded eventually make their way to Special Collections & Archives, after which a student may view them. This does not happened immediately, however; due to copyright concerns, they must remain in the possession of Media Services housed in the TRC for a period of time. If a student needs to view a recording before that time has elapsed, they may contact the Head of Convocations to see if any special arrangements can be made.
