There are several resources available both in print and online. One resource that may be useful is Islamic Geometric Patterns 709.176 B875i 2008.
You can also find more resources by using search words such as "Islamic Design" or "Islamic Art." Most resources will be found in the 700s, however, they will not all be together. Geometric patterns will be found in different call number ranges than mosque design or Islamic gardens.
