The Library does have two electronic databases that are specifically New York Times. One is the New York Times (1851-2007) and the other is New York Times (1980-to the present).
To find the databases go to Hutchins Library main page and under the subtitle Start Research there is a link called Electronic Resources (A-Z). From there it is all alphabetical and should be easy to find. See links to both databases below.
We also have both hard copy and microfilms of the New York Times from 1851 to the present day available in Hutchins Library.
