Ethnic NewsWatch (this one was the better of the two on Rastafari topics)
Also, in the reference area, you can use the Encyclopedia of African American Culture and History (REF 973.049 E5625 2006). One of the volumes has an entry on "hair and culture" with some good references.
We also have in reference the following:
Rastafari and Reggae: A Dictionary and Sourcebook (R 299.67 M961R). It has an extensive annotated bibliography, and this may provide a few more sources to seek out.
