You can start with Academic Search Premier. Try search terms such as: "undocumented," "unauthorized," "illegal," combined with "immigrants" (or sometimes the word "aliens."). I would add "United States" to cover the US.

For reference, try Gale Virtual reference. Typing in the search "Undocumented immigrants" yields some good articles.

Another database that may be relevant is Ethnic News Watch.

Other sources of information:

U.S. Bureau of Labor statistics (www.bls.gov). You can type something like "undocumented immigrants" in their search box to get links to some of their labor reports.

The Pew Hispanic Center (pewhispanic.org) may have some survey data. Very good for stats on the Hispanic/Latino experience in the U.S.

Other think tanks, such as The Urban Institute (urban.org) may help too.
