In order for a student to place items on course reserve for a faculty member they must first be named a proxy by that faculty member. This can be done by the faculty member filling out the "Proxy Patron Form" found in the LibGuide for faculty and staff that is linked below.
Second, the lists of materials to be put on reserve must include course name and number, faculty's name, and call number and full title for each item to be put on reserve. Call numbers can be found on BANC—Hutchins Library's online catalog.
The LibGuide "Hutchins Library for Faculty & Staff" has additional information regarding proxy patrons and placing items on Course Reserve. See link for more details or speak to a student or faculty member at the Reference Desk.
