No. You cannot type in your B number at the printer.
If your card doesn't read, can check with Print Services in Bruce Trades to make sure your account is working.
If you have forgotten or lost your card, you can purchase a print card from the dispenser near the color printer. It costs $1 and comes pre-loaded with .30 available for printing.
