Rooms may be reserved in one of three ways:

  1.     in person at the Circulation Desk.
  2.     via phone call to Circulation at (859) 985-3364
  3.     via email to circdesk@berea.edu

Reservations are taken only on the day the room is to be used and are on a first-come, first-served basis. An email reservation is only valid if you receive a confirmation email in return. Reservations are claimed by checking out the room key with a valid college ID.  Rooms are reserved for two-hour time periods.

Room reservation renewals may be done in person only, at the Circulation Desk.
