An in-text citation for the Quran should include the name of the book you are quoting, followed by the number of chapter and verse.

An example of such a citation would look like this: (The Qur'an, Al-Hijr 15.25), with Al-Hijr being an example of the book, 15 being the chapter, and 25 being the verse.
